Frequently Asked Questions

  • What kind of job role would I be able to apply for once I complete this program?

Health care facilities across Canada need experienced nurses like YOU. In certain provinces, you can join their teams and begin working as a: Licensed Practical Nurse; Registered Nurse; and other equivalent titles that vary by province. For you, having a combination of a certificate from a Canadian company together with your experience as a nurse from your home country will make you very employable in Canada. Please note that some provinces require certification by the province itself through an assessment process, and for those provinces you would NOT be eligible to work with this graduating certificate from IHT. An IHT Advisor will help guide you to choose which province will give you the best chance to secure a job and to immigrate to Canada.
